Those are good reasons but the biggest challenge BY FAR is…

“I don’t have time.”

That’s understandable.

We live in a world filled with things that demand our every attention -

Information, social media, family, friends, work, career, our partner, our kids…

No wonder we become so protective of how we spend our time.

But the truth is, ‘not having time’ is actually NOT the real reason.

Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day.

All we have is time.

Rather, it’s a question of:

“How can I MAKE TIME when…”

“I don’t feel motivated to pick up my pen?”

So you can dedicate precious time to YOU.

Then your mind is not filled with the busyness of the day that zaps your energy.

Remember: Your action is heavily influenced by your thoughts and emotions. So you need to have a mindset that is empowered to pick up the pen and start lettering.
