We offer flat rate shipping for all order 
  • Standard $9.95 (3-5 days)
  • Express $19.95 (1-3 days)

For order over $150.00 we offer free standard shipping this will automatically be added to your cart

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • 1 - 7 days for standard items.
  • 2 - 4 weeks for custom orders
We do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose

DELIVERY METHOD


We use both AustPost & Courier services for delivery.


AUSTPOST

All AustPost Parcels are sent as Authority To Leave (ATL) if you require a signature or your parcel can't be left unattended please select 'Signature Required' as an upgrade.


COURIER DELIVERY

- No delivers to PO boxes/Parcel points
- Apartments: A signature will be required upon delivery
- Houses: If you are not at home to receive your parcel, your parcel will be left by your front door or in a safe location

 

RETURNS

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations

Due to the handmade/natural nature of some of our products there will be times when items have naturally occurring flaws and imperfection. There are not considered faulty.
